How our resource helps to prepare for the consultation
Our resource can provide the patient with organizational and information support before the doctor’s consultation.
We can help:
- to understand which documents should be prepared for consultation;
- to structure the medical history;
- organize analyses, statements and preliminary conclusions of doctors;
- prepare a brief summary of the clinical case for the doctor;
- formulate the main questions for the consultation;
- orient the patient regarding the format of online or offline reception;
- arrange an appointment for a consultation.
Importantly: this support is not medical advice, does not replace a doctor and does not include the establishment of a diagnosis or the appointment of treatment. Its purpose is to help the patient prepare information for the doctor so that the consultation is more structured and effective.
Limits of remote consultation
Remote consultation is advisory in nature and does not replace an in-person medical examination, emergency care or treatment in a hospital.
During an online consultation, the doctor can evaluate the information provided, explain the possible significance of the examination results, provide recommendations for further diagnosis or referral to relevant specialists.
Final clinical decisions should be made based on the full range of medical information and, if necessary, after an in-person examination.
Online consultation is not suitable for emergency situations.
Get immediate emergency medical attention if you have:
- sharp deterioration of the condition;
- high temperature with severe general condition;
- disturbance of consciousness;
- pronounced weakness or dehydration;
- severe pain in the stomach, chest or head;
- jaundice with deterioration of well-being;
- bleeding;
- dyspnea;
