About Us

This is an informational resource created to support people who find themselves in complex, and sometimes critical, health-related situations due to worsening well-being, limited access to quality medical care, or a lack of clear, structured, and reliable information.

We focus on cases where symptoms remain unexplained for long periods, significantly reduce quality of life, and often divide life into “before and after.” In such situations, delays in diagnosis, fragmented approaches to evaluation, or insufficient awareness of complex interdisciplinary conditions may lead to loss of valuable time and gradual deterioration of health.

Particular attention is given to the issue of chronic persistence and subclinical — meaning slow or latent — reactivation of herpesviruses, a phenomenon that is actively being studied in modern science. Available evidence suggests that under certain conditions these viruses may influence the immune system, sustain chronic inflammation, and act as one of the contributing factors associated with the development or progression of a number of complex conditions.

These include, among others, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, arthralgia and myalgia, certain autoimmune processes, as well as some neurological disorders. For some of these conditions, the role of viral factors has been supported by scientific data; for others, it remains an area of ongoing research within evidence-based medicine.

Our goal is to systematize this knowledge, distinguish well-supported evidence from hypotheses, and make complex medical information more understandable. We rely on international guidelines, results of clinical studies, including randomized trials, and publications from experts in the fields of infectious and immune-related diseases.

At the same time, we adhere to the principles of responsible communication: the materials on this resource do not replace professional medical consultation, do not constitute medical advice or prescriptions, and are intended for informational purposes only.

Our mission is to help individuals better understand their condition, formulate the right questions for healthcare providers, avoid unnecessary delays, and, where possible, find a path toward improving quality of life.

The project is continuously developing, and we sincerely appreciate your trust and support.

We wish you strength, clarity, and good health on your journey.
